At Evaarah, we aim to deliver your favorite ethnic wear right to your doorstep—safe, fast, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries.


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Dispatch Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • The products will be shipped within 3 days and delivered within 7 days
  • Tier 1 cities may receive faster deliveries, while remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 (Handling & COD fee)

Shipping fees (if any) are clearly mentioned during checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link.
  • You can also track your order via the “My Orders” section on our website.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Packages

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen issues like weather, courier partner delays, or regional restrictions.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact our support team.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

8. Damaged During Transit

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery.
