1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Dispatch Time
- All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- The products will be shipped within 3 days and delivered within 7 days
- Tier 1 cities may receive faster deliveries, while remote areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 (Handling & COD fee)
Shipping fees (if any) are clearly mentioned during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order via the “My Orders” section on our website.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Packages
