Refund policy

At Evaarah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality ethnic wear that you’ll love. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a wrong item that is different from what you ordered.
  • The product you ordered is out of stock or undeliverable, and payment has been made.

Note: We do not offer refunds for reasons such as dislike of color, fabric, or style once the correct product is delivered, as minor variations in color and texture may occur due to screen display and lighting.


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@myevaarah.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your Order ID
    • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue
    • A short description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and inform you of the next steps.


3. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer after confirmation of account details.

4. Exchange & Replacement

We also offer exchange and replacement in eligible cases:

  • Exchange delivery timeframe: within 5 days after approval.
  • Replacement delivery timeframe: within 5 days after the request is processed.

All exchanges/replacements are subject to product availability.


5. Conditions for Return & Refund

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Return shipping may be arranged by Evaarah or done by the customer, depending on location.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor color or texture variations due to photography or lighting
  • Products purchased under sale, discount, or clearance offers
  • Late requests beyond 48 hours of delivery
