1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong item (different from what was ordered).
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incomplete order (missing item from a combo).
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@myevaarah.com with:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions for sending the product back.
3. Return Shipping
- In eligible cases, Evaarah may arrange a pickup or request the customer to self-ship.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- For self-ship returns, the package must reach us within 7 working days of approval.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased under sale, discount, or clearance offers
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, or use
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Refund After Return
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
