At Evaarah, we take pride in the quality and care behind each product. Our return policy is designed to ensure a fair and smooth experience for our customers.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item (different from what was ordered).
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incomplete order (missing item from a combo).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@myevaarah.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the problem
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions for sending the product back.


3. Return Shipping

  • In eligible cases, Evaarah may arrange a pickup or request the customer to self-ship.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  • For self-ship returns, the package must reach us within 7 working days of approval.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased under sale, discount, or clearance offers
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or use
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

5. Refund After Return

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
